Please only fill out this form if you are 100% sure that you are interested and able to pay for the goods.
No backing out after payment! If you decide to back out after first payment, refunds won't be possible as goods are already ordered.
After submitting the form, payments will be invoiced on Paypal within 48h if your claim / order was successful. Please don't send any payments before! Invoices will be sent to the Paypal E-Mail that you provided in the form. If you are from Germany and wish to pay via bank transfer instead, please leave a note in the order form.
Please make sure to pay via Paypal Friends & Family only! Other payments will be immediately refunded and participation in the GO won't be possible. Make sure to use the correct currency (€ / EUR).
If no payment has been sent within 48 hours after receiving the Paypal invoice, your order will be declined.
You will receive an order and payment confirmation email within 1-2 days. If it takes longer, please message me to check if something went wrong.
I am not responsible for any minor defects (slight scratches, etc.) that might have happened during production of goods.
I am not responsible for any damage to goods that might happen during shipping or lost parcels.
I always try to package all goods as safely as possible and offer tracked shipping for all of my orders. Therefore, I am also not able to send any refunds or compensation for lost or damaged goods.
Process
Typically, group orders will go through the following process, for which there will be updates by instagram story/dm & email. Sometimes, shipping might be invoiced together with the goods on 1st payment, so please read the form carefully!

<aside> 1️⃣ How are prices calculated? Converted prices in my GO forms include the price for the goods, fees (domestic shipping, bank transfer fees) and packaging / shipping supplies
How long does it take until I receive my order? All goods have individual production times and expected shipping date is usually stated in the form / instagram stories.
Do you accept individual orders? Yes, if you are interested in doing an individual order for goods that I don't open group orders for, please send me an instagram dm or e-mail.

<aside> 2️⃣ Which payments do you accept? I accept Paypal Friends & Family only. For Germany, bank transfer is possible as well. Please make sure that your payment is in Euro / €.
When will I receive my payment confirmation mail? You will receive the payment confirmation email together with your order confirmation within 1-2 days after your payment. If it takes longer, please message me to check if something went wrong.

<aside> 3️⃣ Can I combine shipping for my orders? Sure! Please either send me an instagram dm or e-mail if you would like to combine several different GOs.
How much is domestic shipping? Shipping depends on the weight of the goods. Letters usually start at 1.70€ untracked / 5.30€ tracked, meanwhile packages start at 5€ untracked / 7.50€ tracked.
